Dialogue with the Ambassador Extraordinary & Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to Malaysia- H.E. Ardasher S. Qodiri

MCMTC visited His Excellency Ambassador H.E. Ardasher S. Qodiri and his team at the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan to Malaysia. We were warmly welcome by His Excellency H.E. Ardasher S. Qodiri, Counselor Mr. Tugral Khayrullorv, Chief Economic and Social Affairs Mr Farhod Qiyomuddinov and other members of the team. MCMTC’s delegation consisted of a total of 12 representatives from 7 member companies.

The meeting quickly got underway with each company’s representative delivering a brief 2-3 minute introduction of themselves and posing one question each to H.E. Mr. Ardasher. This was followed by an interesting open dialogue session where His Excellency answered directly all the questions (and more) posed by our members. His Excellency then shared valuable insights on Foreign investments regime offered by Tajikistan to promote both local and foreign investment, including a range of investment guarantees.

It was an enjoyable and engaging session with the Ambassador and his team. We were treated to an array of interesting and delicious Tajikistan national foods. His Excellency also invited members who are interested to participate the International Investment Forum taking place from 14–16 October 2025 in Dushanbe, Tajikistan.

President Martin Ang presented His Excellency with a copy of the MCMTC Book and also invited His Excellency and Tajikistan companies to participate in the upcoming MCMTC Pavillion at WE2025, taking place – 25th – 27th November 2025 at MITEC, K.L.
