MCMTC officially kick-started its Mentorship Programme on 26th June 2025 with 19 members (mentors & mentees) at the Kick-Off meeting.
The event began on a casual note with an opening speech by our President, Martin Ang, followed by HOT (Honest, Open & Truthful) presentations from each mentor and mentee, sharing their expectations and experiences, highlighting how they can contribute to the programme and what they would like to take away from the Programme. The group then moved on to review the survey results and discuss the programme framework. It was agreed to focus on the top 3 key challenges in the upcoming meeting which will be in August 2025.
Framework to set goals, monitor & track progress and review actions were shared and agreed upon as well. All present shared the same intentions of learning, contributing and growing together and all agreed to uphold business ethics of confidentiality and not to engage in any activities which might give rise to unfair competition.
This mentorship programme is more than just a series of meetings, as our goal is to assist at least 3 MTCs to achieve Mid-Tier Company ( MTC ) status within 2 years.
