On 18 October 2025, MCMTC had the honour to attend the launch of the National Export Awards (NEA) 2025. This award is to recognise outstanding Malaysian exporters driving the nation’s global trade performance. The initiative is supported by the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry (Miti) under Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Tengku Abdul Aziz.
The NEA 2025 with the theme “Honouring Excellence, Powering Global Trade” celebrate companies that demonstrate export achievements, innovation and sustainable business practices. The NEA 2025 will feature seven award categories, including Best Exporter for Large, Multinational and Mid-Tier Companies, as well as Best SME Exporter for Emerging, Bumiputera, Youth and Women Entrepreneurs.
During the launch, MATRADE Chairman Datuk Seri Reezal Merican Naina Merican highlighted that the NEA 2025 represents Malaysia’s strength in global trade, serving as a national platform to showcase excellence, inspire the next generation of exporters.
MCMTC supports this initiative that recognises and celebrates Malaysian exporters’ excellence and global competitiveness.
