We are back for the 2nd session of the MPC : Productivity in Context & AI Transformation Programme, and for this session the focus was all about putting ideas into action.
This hands on session guided us through identifying our real business problems and mapping them to clear problem statements, goals, and potential solutions. Mr Tajul Asni Ahamad provided a practical worksheet that guided each of us to define and organise our thoughts, making it easier to pinpoint where AI can step in effectively.
Building on that, we learned how to design an AI workflow tailored to address our specific problem statements. It was an engaging brainstorming process that helped us see the practical steps needed to move from concept to implementation. Participants left the session with a concrete next steps for applying AI to drive productivity within their organisations.
Kudos to MPC for hosting such an insightful session! We’re excited for the final session, where we’ll be sharing our prototypes and the outcomes of our work.
