NIMP 2030 Productivity Transformation Programme – More Technology. More Investment. Why Isn’t Productivity Improving?
7 July 2026, MCMTC was proud to support the “NIMP 2030 Productivity Transformation Programme – More Technology. More Investment. Why Isn’t Productivity Improving?” co-organised by Smart4wrd and the Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC).
Representing MCMTC, President Martin Ang, introduced briefly who and what is MCMTC. He then shared his viewpoints on the importance of driving productivity transformation and leveraging technology to enhance the competitiveness and future readiness of Malaysian businesses, particularly in the manufacturing sector.
The programme brought together manufacturers, industry experts, and technology solution providers to discuss how digitalisation and technology adoption can translate into meaningful productivity gains and stronger business performance. It also served as a platform for participants to explore practical strategies, available support programmes, grants, and incentives that can help accelerate productivity transformation.
As one of the strategic partners alongside MEIF, MRPMA, SME Association of Selangor, and FOMFEIA, MCMTC remains committed to supporting initiatives that strengthen the competitiveness and resilience of Malaysia’s manufacturing sector through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
