Christina Tee

Ms Christina Tee is the founder and CEO of CAPE Group. A proud Malaysian with 7 years of hand-on experience in the hospitality and food franchise industry and another 32 years of manufacturing experience under her belt. Her dynamism and exemplary leadership have entrusted her into various executive and management roles for the past 20 years.

Through fair and honest partnership, unwavering commitment, and far-sighted business strategy, she has grown from a humble one-customer EMS company into a globally well-known manufacturing ecosystem solutions provider in E&E industry. She is well versed in international business and is remarkably familiar with business acumen and practices across Europe, USA and Asia including China.

Christina Tee has been MICCI Southern Branch Exco Member for 18 years and have served 3 terms as its Branch Chairman. She is also MICCI National Board member since 2013 and has been elected as MICCI National President for the year 2021 – 2023.

Besides being a successful entrepreneur, Christina Tee has also been active in community services where she serves as Chairman and Board Member to several Parent-and-Teacher Associations, senior advisory role to various NGOs, which focuses on environment, social and governance (ESG) with the purpose of moulding the mindset of our next generation towards sustainability.

Christina Tee has been awarded the Star Outstanding Business Award (SOBA) Female Entrepreneur of the Year in 2021 organised by Star Media Group Bhd. She has also been awarded the World Chinese Outstanding Woman Business Leader Award at the 2022 Global Chinese Economic and Technology Summit. She has led CAPE EMS BERHAD to successfully be listed on Bursa Malaysia Main Board on 10th March 2023. Her latest achievement to date is leading her company to win the Malaysia Best Employer Brand Awards 2024.
