Lee Peng Sian (PS Lee) – International CEO and Executive Director, EITA Resources Berhad

EITA Resources Berhad, a Malaysian engineering and manufacturing group established in 1996. The Group is a leading provider of integrated engineering solutions, specialising in elevator systems (EITA-Schneider), busduct systems (Furutec), and a comprehensive range of electrical and electronic components serving diverse industrial sectors.

Appointed to the Board in 2009, PS Lee assumed the role of International CEO in October 2025. With more than three decades of industry experience, he has played a pivotal role in shaping EITA’s growth and transformation. Since joining the Group in 1994, he has spearheaded the development of its Eita Power Systems business and successfully led its manufacturing, electrical equipment trading, engineering services, and high-voltage EPCC operations. Today, he is responsible for driving EITA’s international expansion, strategic partnerships, and long-term growth agenda, reinforcing the Group’s position as a regional engineering solutions provider.
