ESG, Community Enterprise and Productivity Linked Wage System (PLWS) to Forge Ahead
MCMTC Members had the privilege to visit Thumbprints UTD Sdn Bhd, a FSC Certified and SEDEX Compliance printer on Monday, 12 June 2023. Its Managing Director, Mr Lim Chee Yoong, had kindly agreed to host a factory tour complete with ESG Compliance and PLWS sharing at their premises in Rawang. The itinerary was as below:

The event started with President of MCMTC, Mr Callum Chen, who gave an Opening Speech followed by Introduction of Thumbprints by Mr Lim who covered :

Compliance to International Product Safety Act
Some examples of their ESG practices are Go Green Activities, Solar Power System, Paper Segregation, Waste Water Treatment Plant. Mr Lim explained at length about their Community Enterprise and Productivity Linked Wage System (PLWS).
