Businesses can no longer ignore the growing importance of sustainable business operations and reporting on sustainability of their organisations. It is becoming increasingly imperative for companies who are desirous of growing and trading in the global marketplace to show its contribution to sustainable development via ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) or sustainable reporting.
To have a better understanding on the subject, ESGright organised a Dinner and Networking Event on “Future of Sustainability Reporting” at MITEC, Kuala Lumpur on 9th March 2023. The event was supported by MCMTC. Mr Prathab V, the Principal Consultant of ESGright, which is an approved Consultant of GRI on ESG, gave the Opening Speech, followed by the Guest of Honour YBrs Puan Sharimahton Mat Saleh, who is the Deputy CEO Matrade.
Special Guest, Mr Eelco van der Enden, CEO, Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) was the keynote speaker. It was a very insightful networking session with like-minded professionals to share best practices on sustainability / ESG reporting.
