Auto Global Parts Industries Sdn Bhd (“AGP”) was incorporated in 2010, and is principally involved in manufacturing of metal and plastic automotive replacement body parts. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of New Hoong Fatt Holdings Berhad (“NHF”), a public company listed on the main market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. NHF was first established as a trading company in 1977, selling genuine and alternative automotive replacement body parts. Since then, NHF has grown to become a major distributor in Malaysia and provides automotive parts solutions to the local replacement market. Having established a strong foothold in the trading and distribution of automotive parts, in 1989, NHF Group ventured into manufacturing of metal and plastic automotive replacement body parts, such as doors, hoods, fenders, trunk lids, bumpers, grille, lamps and other parts. The establishment of these manufacturing plants under AGP has led the Group to become the leader in the distribution of alternative automotive replacement body parts in Malaysia.
AGP’s manufacturing facility is located on 27 acres of land in Meru, Klang, producing more than 1,200 metal parts and 2,100 plastic parts. It has the capacity to manufacture up to six million automotive replacement parts per annum. AGP invests in the latest technology and machinery such as stamping machines, plastic injection machines, metal inert gas (MIG) robots, welding robots, hemming robots and cathodic electro-deposition paint line to enhance its technological and production capabilities over time. The Group also has inhouse capability to design, develop and manufacture stamping tools. AGP’s advanced and efficient production facilities, expertise in design and development of moulds and dies have enabled the Group to go beyond Malaysia, exporting to more than 50 countries in Asia, Central and South America, Europe, and Africa.
